WorkFoundry is not a collection of unrelated tools. We are developing product layers that address distinct problems while sharing a common approach: make the components, boundaries, intended actions and resulting evidence easier to understand.
That approach is intended to help teams move beyond opaque integrations and confident-looking outputs that cannot explain what changed, what is allowed or what supports the next decision.
WorkFoundry is built from first principles: a ground-up approach that treats ground truth, data quality and deterministic trust as practical requirements, not afterthoughts.

03 // how we work
Start with a bounded question.
We begin with a public-safe conversation about the proposed connection, data boundary or operational question. Current pilot work is deliberately reviewed, controlled and scoped rather than offered as an unrestricted self-service service.
This lets us establish what is being checked, what remains out of scope, what evidence is useful and what a person must still decide. A compatible check is not permission to run work or access sensitive systems.
WorkFoundry Pilot is a free, limited-access programme for invited early users. It is designed to validate the experience and shape the first paid plans. No payment details are required.

WorkFoundry is developing a long-term product foundation, but we describe each surface according to what is actually available and evidenced today. Ingress Shield is the current controlled pilot. Atom Flux and Lamina describe the platform foundation and product direction behind that work; they are not claims of unrestricted hosted execution, autonomous authority or guaranteed service levels.
